wonderful hostess - smiling, kind and very responsive.Excellent location. Clean and cozy.

Location of studio IS almost on the beach, you just need to pass Road. Its on outskirt of Leptokarya so beach IS not so overcrowded, and close to beach bars and restaurant. 500 meters IS grocery shop.
And the best part IS host - Elena (popoluška), always handfull and helpfull to resolve any problém what you have.
You cannot say good bey to that person withouth hug...

Eleni the host was the nicest, warmest person iv ever met in these kind of places. Always accommodating and available for me, my husband and 3 year old baby girl and anything we need. Can i also mention she is gorgeous? :)

Clean, close to a beach, very friendly host having answers on all our questions (suggestions where to eat , what to visit…)

Firstly, the location is simply unbeatable. Situated just across the beach, I could literally step out of my room and feel the sand between my toes. What's more, the beach itself offers natural shade from the surrounding trees, creating a comfortable environment throughout the day.

The host, Elena, has made sure to make our stay memorable. She welcomed us warmly upon arrival and her positive and approachable attitude made us feel at home instantly. Elena was always available to offer assistance.

Speaking of the apartments, they were decent size, well-maintained, cleaned daily and equipped with everything that you need.

One of the highlights for us was the big yard, especially convenient as we were traveling with our dog. The fenced yard provided a safe and secure space for our pet to roam freely, adding to the overall convenience and relaxation of our stay.

Next to the apartments is the charming Havana beach bar, where we enjoyed delicious coffee and could rent sunbeds on the beach. Very close to the apartment you can find a lot of tavernas with amazing food as well as a lot of shops. This proximity to amenities further enhanced our experience, allowing for seamless transitions between relaxation and exploration.

In summary, our 15-day stay in Leptokarya was nothing short of great, thanks to the exceptional accommodation and hospitality provided by Elena. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty on their vacation.

The location was perfect- right across the street from the beach! The price was a bargain for being so close to the beach! The room was clean and comfortable.
The host, Elena, was an absolute doll! She was so welcoming and just a lovely person!

The hospitality of the hostess was beyond all expectations. Much gratitude. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. 2 km. away there is a Lidl supermarket. Overall, I really liked it a lot.

The property is located literally across the street from the shore.
Our room was cleaned daily and we got new towels also.

We enjoyed this vacation so much! It is in a less crowded part of Leptokarya which is great cause there is more space at the beach, which is 5 steps away from the apartment

The property was very close to the sea and also pretty close to restaurants and markets. The room was clean and with a great balcony view ! All the conditions are according to the description (free parking, good wifi, AC, bathroom, etc.). Overall, it is very well placed and a good spot for a vacation !

Good apartment in a quiet location with beach is just across the road. Elena is a great host very friendly and helpful.

So clean and comfortable..hot water all the time. Perfect wifi and near the sea . For me it is the best place in the city

Elena, the owner, has exceptional hospitality. The place is 15 seconds from the sea, 2 minutes from restaurants and coffee shops. It is amazing for families, couples and solo travellers. I will definitely visit it again.
